If airport pickup driver will meet you in the baggage claim area lower level 1. At the McNamara Terminal near the Caribou Coffee. At the North Terminal near Legends Bar. Or call 1-800-460-4080 upon arrival. Client should turn on their cell phone upon arrival. We will wait up to 30 minutes for Domestic Arrival and up to 1 hour for International Arrival. We also monitor the flight for any delay.

We will need credit card information to hold reservation. Please give your credit card or cash after service is rendered to driver. If this is a second party prepaid or a prepay then the credit card given will be charged with an automatic 20% gratuity. Your credit card statement will read Michigan Metro Cars Inc.
